Studies of Adult MHFA have found that individuals trained in the program show increased mental health literacy and confidence to help someone in distress.

Studies of Youth MHFA have found that individuals trained in the program show increased mental health literacy and confidence to help a young person in distress.

Mental Health First Aid India received the MHFA International license in 2017 to deliver the Standard MHFA program nationwide. Based in Chennai, it promotes mental health literacy, reduces stigma, and provides training across India through accredited instructors.
